idaho deer aging

curious if anyone knows if idaho does a tooth age? or any place to send one in. curious as to what my deer ages at.

oregon does and that's my home state but already sent my blacktail tooth in.

Deerage.com you can send in the bottom front incisors to have them aged. It does cost but its the most accurate way to have an animal aged.

those places are quite a bit more than I thought it would cost... oregon does aging so I just tossed my whitetail tooth in as my blacktail and will have it done for free... hopefully I got enough of the root.
I'm guessing he's only 3.5 or so.

Nope. Gotta send in to the private labs.

If you kill a bear they get an age on it, but last I heard they were about 18 months out because of lab backlogs.
