Idaho Landowner Permission Hunts

I was reading proposed rules changes for Idaho deer seasons in SW. There is movement from extra draws to landowner permission hunts.

For those that know, can you share how the LPH hunts work. Do you get landowner permission before you put in for them? Where do you find out the landowners that are part of it?

I want to give my feedback, but want to better understand LPH hunts before I share it.

Call F&G office in Boise. They will have all those answers for you. I've never participated in one of these hunts, sorry I'm not more help.
