Idaho Motorized Hunting restrictions?

I actually just picked up an ebike myself. Mine is a trek and as a class1 bike it will not move under it's own power, it does assist, but if you're not pedaling....neither is it.

I just purchased one that you can pretty much configure it to match any of the classes. I still plan on only using it on motorized single track unless they choose to change the postings for other trails to allow more ebike access
