just curious how many folks actually apply for the superhunt. I applied 3x this year instead of donating money to the IDFG like I usually do when I buy my tags.

I do most years. Unfortunately the odds are pretty bad, there are people dumping thousands of dollars on them every year

I donate to IDF&G every year knowing full well that I am more likely to be struck by lightning twice, on the same day, before I would ever get a super tag.

Usually buy one for couple species. You know, "so you are saying there is a chance!" I bought a combo entry several years ago and then realized that I would have to abandon my family and quite my job if that were to happen. Nice to dream of a hunt or two though.

I usually buy one entry in each for deer/elk/antelope/moose and one combo application. I usually hunt a couple days a year on Access Yes property so it helps to feel like I am donating to myself. It's just like any other raffle you don't expect to win.
