Idaho Unit 13 controlled hunt 1006

Put in for this knowing access was a negative aspect of the tag but I'm always interested in hunting new areas. Drew the tag yesterday so now it's a dash to gather some intel on the area. Any thing that can be offered I'd appreciate. Thanks in advance, Matt in CdA

Just curious how you did in this unit? Drew this tag this year.

You go outfitted or on the little strips of public with the rest of the crowd. Not much public land to hunt at all.

You can have a fun float hunt in 13. Keep an eye on land use maps on hikes up from the river though. The new trespass law means landowners up on the top don’t need to post property lines.
