Idaho unit 60,60a November hunt

I drew the November 1-30 elk hunt in units 60,60a and from what I’ve gathered it’s a bit weather dependent so I’m planning either hunting opening week or last two weeks of the season. I’ve never been in either of these unit but have successfully killed a few bulls NE of there if anyone has any input it would be much appreciated. Thanks
