ideas to upgrade myclothing system

some backround first. I hunt in northern MN during the late season. Temps from teens or below into 30's if warm. I stand hunt and have a short walk out to my stand. I wear very light clothing out to the stand and then change. Here is my current system. Just wondering what you would upgrade?
