Input needed for Topo GPS

I'm looking to replace my current GPS (Foretrex 301 & Rhino 130).

I'm looking for one which has topo maps pre-loaded for CONUS or available to download for free.
Looking at a touchscreen model or one with easy usability.

So far I've narrowed it down to the following models,
GPS Map66
Oregon 700, 750 or 750t
Montana 610, 680

Any others I should look at or anyone with hands on experience with the above models?
