Does anyone have any experience with the Berger loaded ammunition in general or specifically the 6.5 creedmoor loads?

So far we have only shot the 300 win mag with a few different bullets. It shoots very well. In fact, my son and I will be using it in the Nightforce ELR Steel challenge in June. We also plan to run their 6mm Creed ammo in our match rifles once it is released.

Haven't run any Berger but the best factory loaded ammo I've shot has been HSM loaded with Berger bullets. I've shot it in factory and custom rifles (7RM, 7RUM, 30/06, 25/06, 300wm, 6.5x284) and it will produce 1/2" groups and the velocities are as advertised.

Just picked up five boxes of the 135gr classic hunter 6.5cm ammo from Brownells with one of their 10% off and free shipping coupons. Haven't had the chance to shoot it yet, but as long as it's even just fair-to-middlin, it's still a bargain since it's loaded up in Lapua small primer brass!

What brass do they use for 300WM?

Jim, I feel like the 135 Berger ammo is fantastic for the price. Lapua brass. It shot 2750 FPS in my 6.5 creedmoor’s 22” barrel. Very low SD and accuracy was .5” or better. Makes reloading the stuff feel kind of dumb.

If I get results like these in my Tikka, I don't think I'll ever bother buying bare brass again!

Within one box of Berger 135 factory ammo in the new 6.5 creedmoor, had it zeroed at 100, chrono'd, drop data computed and was shooting small groups on 300, 400 and 500 yard steel. It was stupidly easy. Was sorry I only had one box.

I am loving it in my 338lm. I find that it’s the best shooting ammo I’ve shot out of that platform. I’m easily getting half moa groups with the ammo.

Big fan of the 6.5 loads. Getting 3/8 moa 5 shots, and sd in the low teens. They are also arguably the best deal out there right now for match loads since they use lapua brass: good for reloaders, or for those that want to recoup 50%+ of the cost by selling the brass.

I have shot the various Berger 308Win and 300Win ammo, velocity and SD/ES are extremely consistent in my rifles.

In those calibers, I don't even bother reloading.
