Can it be shipped without a Hazmat fee?

It will start showing up all over the place soon. Just keep looking. It took about 2 hours for it to sell out at Midway. Sign up for their email alert.

I've seen it on shelves at multiple stores. Muzzy powder will be easier to source than rifle powders. Guys see high demand powders start showing up and get excited thinking the demand is over, but they fail to realize that most powder manufacturers only run that powder once a year. Blackhorn 209 doesn't have that demand level. I think you'll find some pretty soon.
