If you're thinking about a Kodiak tent, this video may provide some insight. Have this tent for 5 years now. Used in some great country, in all seasons; Colorado-Arizona-New Mexico-Utah & NW states. Been a great tent, no problems if it's taken care of and stored properly.
My tent is the 10x10 model. A palace for this solo hunter. Good for 2 adults too.
Back/Front entry doors but solid canvas sides for 4-season use. Tent tour to show my set up as this was a continuous 20-day January OTC archery hunt in the Arizona desert for muley bucks.
Nighttime temps averaged 33=38degF to daytime highs of 76degF.
Also shown is the entry optional vestibule set up and how I utilize the space of the tent interior and vestibule space.
