I'm leaving for an elk hunt in couple weeks. Our cabin/tent will be shared with other hunters so there will be probably be various odors. What is the best way to keep sent off of my hunting clothes when I get back to camp? I was planning on changing into jeans/sweater at camp and stuffing my hunting clothes in a trash bag. Maybe put the bag in my truck each night.

I'm not convinced scent control does much for you on an elk hunt, but I haven't experimented with it much.

I do know two things:

1) You're gonna sweat on 99% of elk hunts within the first 30 minutes.

2) Elk can wind you from 1/2 mile away.

IMO, its futile to worry a bunch about it.
