I just received a pair of Kelty trekking poles that I ordered from Cabela's and am pretty impressed with them. They have two sections that telescope using twist locks and each has marked measurements. I believe they collapse to 27", have nice feeling cork handles and weigh 19 oz. For a pair they were 39 bucks. I took them for a test today on a training hike and they performed well and felt good. I would highly recommend them, although not battle tested yet, especially for the price.

Man.... I'd recommend staying away from Twist locks. But if they hold for you then by all means. I use black diamond flick lock trail shocks and love them. And I'm a heavy guy and they don't slip at all. If you aren't very heavy or packing huge loads I'm sure those will hold up.

I also prefer the flick lock, had the cabelas brand twist lock that didn't last very long but that was a few years ago.
