I've found the people at Kenetrek to be great to work with. Personally, I'd just call Kenetrek if your boots don't fit and see if they'll swap them out.

I bought some Solomon's from Campsaver and returned them - no issues, just took a little bit to get my refund, but the process was very simple.

Thank you for the help I ended up buying crispi Nevada's, not sure how campsaver is yet because It wouldn't let me order on line, so I called them (Meagan) super helpful but my order is really screwed up. I got a invoice emailed to me for $0 and my credit card had 2 charges on it with no discount applied but it's all pending yet. So I'm hopeful it well be fine.
