Black 24” bikini frame with normal profile and custom adapted dual row pals belt from duplex frame. Belt is size small. I also have the original single row belt in size small if you prefer it all original. Let me know and I will swap it back. All in excellent condition.
I have 2 bag options. Bag 1 is made from xpac vx21 and is about 2400cu/in. Perfect as a day pack or strap a dry bag between it and the frame for extended backpack trips. Uses my custom quick install section for the top of the frame that allows install without removing load lifters. Also uses my custom cnc machined billet aluminum G hooks for install of compression straps. Has a small hidden pocket right behind your head and nice water bottle pockets with user adjustable/replaceable shock cord. Includes additional straps and a buckle to convert to frameless day pack with simple 1” webbing shoulder straps and waist belt. All itw hardware
Bag 2 is a simple no nonsense rolltop bag made from a custom xpac style fabric. This is a cordura 330D with the pet liner which is thicker then the usual stuff and no X grid. Really nice stuff and wish this stuff would have actually been produced. This was a test run of fabric that I managed to get my hands on. This bag can be seam sealed using Cuben seam tape. Main bag is 3200cu/in or more if you roll top back less. Uses 3 separate compression straps which be used without the bag if you wish. Side pockets are cordura 500 with similar construction to bag 1 above. Roll top has a nice stiffener in one side which helps hold it open and roll up real easy. Can be clipped to itself or the frame with included side straps. All itw hardware except gate keepers for attaching accessory straps for lid etc.
Lid is made from vx21 and is about 600-700cu/in. Bag and lid equal about 4000cu/in
Frame weighs 2lbs 5oz
2400cu/in bag weighs 15oz with compression straps
3200cu/in bag weighs 18oz with compression straps/buckles
Lid weighs 4.5oz with attachment straps/buckles
So you can have a full 4000cu/in pack setup that weighs 3.7lbs!! Or a day pack capable of packing out an animal that weighs 3.25lbs. Best of all, I am dumping these bags off super cheap as I have too many custom bags and can’t use them all. All price are tyd lower 48
