Can you for trekking poles in the side pockets of the hoodlum

Unless your trekking poles collapse very small they won’t fill all the way. They will hang out of the zipper.

Edit: Apparently my trekking poles don't collapse down very far...

I have https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071HXPSK5/ which easily fit in my Hoodlum side pockets.

Extendable poles like Makalu's will have a hard time but most folders should fit fine. The side pockets are about 21" tall.

I just bought some Black Diamond FLX collapsible poles to fit in my Hoodlum. They collapse to 16" and the side pocket is 22".

I don’t put mine in the side zips. Although they would fit. I strap them on the back when they aren’t in use. The only time I use them during a hunt is hauling meat, or packing camp. I will however use them while scouting.
