Kifaru Lite vs Exo K3

Those who have tried both, preferences? They both look like they have a fairly think lumbar pad, which concerns me. The only thing I have to compare is my Longhunter, which I love and have used for 15 yrs.

Also curious if the newer Kifaru frame will work with the EXO bags, and still have the quick detach features when using the bag as the meat shelf.

What is it about the kifaru belt? Is the exo belt uncomfortable?

both belts are top notch, I think kifaru is 12% more comfy
