Kifaru Newplex shoulder strap length?

I just picked up a used frame. The original owner could not remember if he got short or long shoulder straps. Does anyone know how to tell if the shoulder straps I have are long or short. If someone with some newplex shoulder straps could measure theirs and tell me what the measurements are and whether they are long or short that would be great.

Also, I did tried to call Kifaru three times today and no one answered the phone. That's the first time I have ever called and not talked to someone with Kifaru.

Short padded section is ~26/26.5. Long Padded section is ~30/30.5.

Yes. I just got a duplex with long straps and padded is about 30”
