Kifaru Pack Fitting

Hi, I just picked up a Kifaru pack and am having some issues fitting it properly. I have an 18” Torso, 41” chest and am 5’10” 175lb with a muscular build. The straps are for 14.5-18” torso. To get rid of the space between my shoulders and the straps with the back on I had to adjust the straps way down and they are riding underneath the lumbar pad. I know this is incorrect but I don’t know where I went wrong. Also where I have it adjusted the 3 bar slider connected to the load lifter straps is bottomed out and still sitting above my clavicle. If you guys could help with this I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!

You need some space between the shoulder straps and the top of your shoulders.l
The goal is that your hips are carrying most of the weight. The shoulder straps are more for keeping the load sucked up against your back and the straps should be contacting the front of your shoulders, not the tops of them.
