Kifaru Padded EDC Omni Belt on SG Avail

Has anyone tried to run their padded EDC Omni belt from a Kifaru (14'r, Tarryall) on a Stone Glacier Avail?

I really like the Avail but the Kifaru hip belt is so much more comfortable for me. It seems like it should work but I thought I'd see if anyone had tried it before buying a new Kifaru belt.

I tried it, worked just fine. I liked the Avail, but I eventually sold it to try out other options
