Kifaru repair

Who has sent stuff into kifaru for repair? How long after it was repaired did it take to get it back?

I would email them. I had a shoulder strap issue. I sent them a pic, asked how long it would take, and they responded an hour later telling me that new straps would be in the mail the next morning. I had the new straps 3 or 4 days after I emailed them. But lead times could be different right now.

My wife dropped her 22 mag end off last week. They told her a week or so as she said no rush. Squirrel gnawed on it.

I got an emailed June 12 saying they were done with the repair. Label was created June 25. Still hasn't shipped.
