WTB Kifaru, SG, Exo, or MR Frame, 26" for tall guy

Looking for my first western pack setup. I have a strict budget because I have a lot of other gear to buy.... so I'm not picky on brand.

Looking for a name-brand frame with a belt for 38" waist, and tall (I'm 6'5").
Will pair with Kuiu bag or dry-bag.
Would like to keep entire setup under ~$300 if possible.
If you have anything that might get me started, or the right combo frame+bag, please let me know!

Otherwise would be interested in MR Marshall or Beartooth setup or other complete pack+frames in this price range & size (camo colors preferred).

Thanks, at this time I think Kifaru gear doesn't provide me the value I need based on their going prices. Would love an Exo pack but they also seem to run a little higher.
At this time I am mainly searching for a used KUIU or MR pack as they both are closer to my budget.
