Could i talk someone who has a stryker into texting me some pics? Im in the process of building one and need to see the side that faces the frame. How it attaches at the bottom of the frame, etc.

Was thinking of getting one of these until the 44 mag went on sale. I'm thinking a 44 mag with a sherman is a little better suited for what I want to do.

I have a Sherman pocket and a gen 2 claymore on my stryker. 99% sure I will run it this way for archery elk.

I'm trying to decide if it's worth it to go with the Stryker over the MR Sawtooth 45. I like the kifaru more about I can the Sawtooth for half the price as Stryker with frame.

I think this comes down to this question: will you use the cargo panel on the Stryker a lot? That's the biggest difference. I had a pintler and it's a great bag but if you want to use the meat shelf to haul gear it's a pain in the ass to detach the bag from the frame. With the Stryker you just have to undo 2 buckles.

Anyone running a Bane on their Stryker more like a Sherman pocket instead of a lid? Got mine a couple days ago and my solitude jacket and sanctuary bibs don't quite both fit in the main bag. Saddle stuff will likely take up the panel portion. Been looking at the Sherman and Bane both, but thinking the Bane might be a little more versatile. Just wondering if it is a little bit too big.

Received the bag today. Initial impressions are good but haven't loaded it yet. I did make a couple of modifications already to the attachment points. I just felt the bag hung better at the top and I am now able to use the lower handle and lift directly from the frame rather than just the lower bag. This does not interfere with opening the load shelf and they can be unbuckled anytime needed. I will carry a couple of extender straps in my kill kit to space out at the top when hauling loads in between. I usually do anyway.

Bag is just about perfect. Just wished it had slip pockets on the sides near the bottom like most other Kifaru day pack models. (IE updated 22 mag). Other than that they nailed it with this pack.

I tend to agree. At least have attachment points on the side so you could add a pocket or bottle holder.

Exactly. Would have been nice if they provided the pockets or at least brought the bottom molle webbing all the way around the sides below where the main zipper ends.

Here is a potential mod for you guys. I ended up just building a stryker instead of buying one. I wanted to be able to get more use out of it and sometimes i dont need a frame. So i added a piece of shock cord to roll up the panel and built a set of removable shoulder straps. Still gotta add the sternum strap.

After finally seeing one of these in person it left no questions. My Longhunter and cargo chair are officially retired.

Anyone got pictures of this loaded for say a 7-8 day trip with dry bags? Was thinking two stone glacier load cells and the Stryker would make a good system
