Kifaru torso length

I’m seeing packs with different torso lengths. Some have 14-18” listed and some have 18+ listed. Is there a true difference in these packs or is it just a shoulder strap adjustment? In other words, if a guy buys a frame that has 14-18” shoulder straps but has a 19” torso, can the shoulder straps be adjusted to fit a 19” torso?

I’m in the market for a frame and just want to make sure I understand the ins and outs of the frames. Seems there’s lots of frames for sale and guys don’t always know exactly what they have. So, if I get a frame and someone *thinks* it’s a long shoulder strap length but it’s actually a short, am I gonna have problems or can it be adjusted? Or another scenario would be if I thought my torso was over 18” but I measured wrong and need a different shoulder strap length.
