I'm looking for a new inline for elk and possibly other critters

I've narrowed it down to these three, but open to other ideas. I'm willing to spend the 800-1200, and already have a scope for it.F For legality purposes, it would be primarily used for New Mexico Elk.

Knight UL - Great reviews, .45 Cal and maybe the most important - light.
Rem UML - Needs Arrowhead Breech, Heavy, Modest Reviews (some great, some issues - usually fixed by AH Breech)
CVA Paramount - Mixed Reviews, Heavy

Help me decide or make other suggestions.
My gut is telling me Knight UL

Thanks
Josh

yeah, this is for NM elk.
I read somewhere that the ballistics and accuracy tend to be better with the .45.

I do understand that some states, CO for example, do have a min .50 cal

I would take an MGM 45cal encore barrel before a Knight if you're going to shoot a gun using shotgun primers.
