Shout out to Kuik’s customer service. . Ordered a coat that I received a few days before their current sale started. I figured it was gonna be a hassle but the boss lady thought it was worth a call. They were willing to credit me back or give me store credit+$20. Very impressive

Emailed them for a conversion kit for a new bag for an old frame, had the kit in less than a week!
