KUIU Guide DCS Vest - size XXL which (as you probably know about KUIU sizing) is more like an XL in other brands. I'm 6'/220# and it fits perfectly. Like new condition... really purchased to try it out about 6 months ago and I'm just not using it enough.

The color is black but it's more of a dark gray/ash color. I it's guess the fabric type but def not a dark-er black color. Here's a natural light pic.
