Kuiu Hip Belt Extension

I bought a used Kuiu Ultra 3000 pack and it apparently has a S/M hip belt. If will fit fully extended with light clothing but not gonna be possible with layers. Looking to get a 6-8” extension to fit. FYI I got the pack for saddle whitetail hunting with the option for a day/truck camp elk hunt on occasion. Any ideas?

Try to trade for a L/XL belt or buy another belt.
