Kuiu icon pro vs venture packs

Hi,
I am looking for a day pack,
And am wondering if anyone has had experience with the kuiu icon pro vs venture.
Does the external frame make a difference?

I will not be packing meat with this, just for scouting/ day or overnight hunts.
