After shooting this rifle for a week, I'm going with a heavier stock. Nothing wrong with this one at all. I removed the pressure points at the end of the barrel channel so the barrel free-floats, otherwise it's factory new.

26 oz. on my scale. Fits Remington Model 7 (Seven) actions. 13.25" LOP according to my tape.

**** SOLD ****

Will consider trades for a factory laminate Model Seven stock. If you want to lighten your model Seven, here's your chance.

I don't think so. I have a Howa Alpine (short action 1500) and the inletting is quite a bit different plus the Howa/Weatherby has a flat bottom to the action while the Rem. Seven is round.

I’d be interested. What caliber is that?
Wondering about barrel channel size?

Yes, it's a Rem. factory for this model Seven.

Barrel is .626" where it leaves the stock. Channel is wide enough for a dollar bill to slide from receiver to the end of the stock.
