Kuiu tiburon and attack sizing

I currently run prana Zions and first lite obsidian pants.
I am a small 38 waist. The prana in 38x32 fit good with a merino base under and the obsidians are xls. They are rated at 37-40 waist and are comfortable if not a little too big in the waist for me.

My question is in the tiburon I'm looking ar running just merino boxers under. Will the 38 waist fit me?

In the attacks I would like to be able to layer a merino base under. Will the 38 waist work?

I'm also a 38x32 in the prana and also have both the tiburon and attacks in 38 waist. All three run the same in the waist for me. Both kuiu pants seem to have just a bit more stretch in the waist than the prana.

I think my attacks run a smidge small but agree they have some stretch in them. I think you’ll be fine with the 38’s
