I have the following kuiu verde 2.0 tops for sale:

kuiu 125 merino LS- SOLD
Kuiu axis jacket xl- 220.00tyd (would trade for a solid color)
Kuiu peloton 240 vest lg- Sold

I like the jackets just not a fan of the merino shirt. Everything was never really worn just to try on.

I’m interested in that vest. How did you like it? Pretty warm? Also, is it heavy like the guide stuff is?

Define warm. It’s good for cooler before winter snow. Fall temps. I have the same thing in a jacket and love it. Keeps a light breeze at bay but never had it in a heavy wind so can’t contest to it.

Fair question. I always try to find some kind of balance among warmth and weight and bulk. I’ve always thought the Guide layers were too heavy and bulky for their warmth.

I guess, as a mid-layer, does it do what you wanted it to under heavier outer layers? I’d probably put it on top of merino base layers and under down outers.

Yeah sorry for the vague answer but warmth varies person to person. honestly depending on activity you can run it with just a merino shirt under it. i would say sitting still for me at least good til about 35/40 degrees. if moving alot i could wear it in colder temps.
