Anyone notice that Latrop and sons webpage change at all? You now have an option to custom fit a boot for $25 bucks? How does adding the footbeds and this option differ from the Gold package?

You are correct BB. I ordered a pair of boots with the synergy footbeds, and they asked me if I wanted to pay an extra $25.00 to have them cut the footbeds for me. If you can run a pair of sharp scissors you can cut your own with the template that they send and save the 25 bucks.
