Leaking Cabelas Alaknak 12x12

My dad recently bought a used cabelas Alaknak tent and he tested how it handled water and said that it was leaking through the material. Any good products out there to help reseal the tent so it doesn’t leak? Thanks in advance for the help.

I bought one of those and only used it once. We were pig hunting in Texas and it poured, we luckily were sleeping on cots as there was about 5 inches of water on the floor in the morning. It leaked like a sieve. The stove jack flap folds down instead of up on that model also, so it was like a hose bib pouring in all night. I sent it back to Cabelas ASAP. My brother has the larger version, he says it don’t leak, but I don’t think it’s even been in the rain. I know it’s been in a couple light snows. The stove flap is correct on his, and there are not windows in the roof like the smaller ones have either.
