Brand New with all the wrapping, the plastic, the box, the literature, etc. I've had these out to test them as binoculars, and inserted the batter for testing RF use. Never carried in a pack. Never outside of my home, just on my porch looking at the deer in the lower pasture.
These were purchased from Doug at CameraLand, and I've just decided to stick with non-RF bins. Personal pref.
