I purchased a set of EL’s and the Noctivids with plans to keep one or the other. I’ve been going back and forth. They’re both great binos! I almost put both on here and said I’ll keep whichever one doesn’t sell. Lol

I am pretty sure the Noctivids have the field flattening glass and the HD + do not. The field flattening in the Noctivids is said to be better than the Swarovski’s on the bowling ball effect.
