LEM, Weston, Cabela's grinders

I’ve had the 3/4 hp one from Cabela’s for probably 10 years now. It’ll grind up meat faster than you can load it.

I just bought a grinder that only comes with a 3/8" and 3/16" plates. Has anyone found that they are wanting the medium grind 1/4" plate too or are those first two enough?
