Just got done moving a bunch of fresh snow with my beat up 1993 toyota and got to wondering what other folks plow with?
Here's mine, 258xxx on it, been rolled and beat up but still going strong.

I plowed snow for a living for almost 20 years using every machine imaginable. Now I use my Honda Pioneer. Turns a chore into pure fun!

Also have a Cat grader with front blade that’s real handy but I don’t have a decent pic.

Don't seem like fun without a windshield.

The good part is the bed makes a nice beer cooler once it's full of snow.
HA yes! If you notice in the night time pic the windshield has been added. Made a world of difference!

HOT ROD- Ill send you a PM so I don't hijack this thread but to sum it up we love it!!

Starting to go down the plow rabbit hole now. Anyone have a plow on their daily driver? How much trouble to take it on and off?

I had plows on my daily drivers for years, no problems. The Western Ultra mount system is slicker than shit! Can hook up the plow in 30 seconds.

That's the one that came up in google searches a lot, good to hear another experience.

not my current set up, but the western is nice and easy to take on and off. Came home from a sled trip and hooked up and plowed. circa 2002 or 3.
still using western on my daily driving pickup.

Not as new as mtnwrunner but the first 2 are a set of cool old Oshkosh's I've owned, the last one is the truck I run at my day job. I hate pickup plows and the maintenance that goes into keeping them going, I've got 5 of my own road graders and a wheel loader and I've paid someone to plow my driveway for the last 3 years because its cheaper and less of a head ache than owning a pickup plow, and its easier on my equipment than cold starting it when its zero out. Finally this year I picked up a 12' hydraulic county plow that was adapted to run on the quick coupler of my wheel loader, but I'm thinking I was still further ahead to let my brother do the driveway, especially after plowing state roads for 12 hours and having to come home to do my own.
