So, we bought a 2021 Tacoma 4 door for my wife and she wants seat covers for Christmas.... For those of you that have put covers in your Tacoma i'd like a little feedback on fit, durability and rough pricing.

Thanks

I have a set of Headwaters. Hand made in Montana from Cordura. They are extremely durable and maybe overkill for casual use. The fit is very good - almost like they are part of the seat. Can also get a wide variety of pockets and features when you order. 10/10 would buy again.

Do these in any way affect the seat underneath? Cordura is tough…trying to imagine if it might cause any wear on the original seat.

I bought Shear comfort seatcovers in kryptek and they look and work pretty well. I think they were a chunk less than some of the others.

I've only had them on about 6 months, but there seems to be a coating on the underside which is probably for that purpose.

I don’t have a Tacoma but I just installed Marathon seat covers in my Silverado and they are very well made. Lots of options available to choose from and colors also. They will even mail you samples of the material/colors to help you choose.

Hands down Clazzio, use the Tacoma world discount code.

I had fabric seats these are half leather half vinyl. They look like factory leather. I want to say with the discount it was around $500 or $600 for the front and rear seats.E29BAC73-ED31-4258-9752-5F9CA97CA83D.jpegAE479DF1-E9C9-4C55-B3F6-86A346C9E519.jpeg

I considered ruff tuff (can buy through Kryptek too) but ended up just getting a cheap carhartt cover from my local farm store last year.

I've got 2 Tacomas. A 2017 and a 2021. Both double cabs. Clazzio's in both. And I put heated seats in at the same time. Covers run 500.00 using the Tacoma world discount.

Another vote for Clazzio, I have them in my Tacoma and installed heat with them and it worked great. You can even add Toyota style switches for heat and it looks OEM.

Another +1 for Marathons, great covers.

Dogs have done their damnedest to destroy them and they still look new.

I put 400,000 miles on a set of marathons, and never touched them after cinching them down. Bought again for the new f-150.

Great info. Will research seat covers. I've got a 2007 Tacoma 4 cyl 4x4. Planning to keep long term, but drivers seat has a tear.
