WTS Leupold 2.5-8 Nikon 2-7 Scopes

Two older scopes I want to sell. Both matte finish. Find as I get older I want more magnification vs light weight.

Leupold 2.5-8x36 Vari X III Duplex with no box
It has some light ring marks from being mounted on a few rifles over the years. There is a small chip on the front where you can see the black missing. Also a scratch on 1 of the adjustment caps. Over all decent condition and since it is a Leupold you can always send back and have them with the lifetime warranty. Price is $145 tyd lower 48.

Nikon Monarch 2-7x36 with box and original papers
This 1 has more ring marks than the Leupold from moving it a few times but all black matte is there. Glass seems good. Would be perfect low mag scope for a youth rifle or 22. Price $90 tyd lower 48.

Would you mind measuring the diameter of the focus ring on the Monarch? I am very interested but need to see if it will clear my Talley rings. Thanks!

Approximately 1.5" using my tape.

Spec sheet with scope lists it at 41mm so 1.61"

Dangit, I wrote focus ring. I meant zoom ring. Sorry about that!

I will have to see if I can find a caliper but appears to be 1.5". The power selector ring is actually smaller than the eye piece probably around 1.25" but there is a "knob" on the ring that protrudes about 1/4" so takes it back to 1.5".

Yea, I just need the dimensions without the knob. My current scope "barely" clears my low Talley rings and I'm concerned this one won't.
