Leupold VX-3HD 3.5-10X40 Duplex
I picked up this scope for a project that I have since backed out on. I also bought rangefinder binoculars, so I’m selling it to recover some funds. I sent it in to Leupold because there was a small black line visible in the reticle that I could not clean with the Zeiss lens cleaning swabs I normally use. The report from Leupold only says “cleaned field lens.” It is perfectly clear now.
The letter from Leupold also states “In addition to the service activities listed, all products receive a final comprehensive mechanical and visual inspection to ensure each product meets our performance specifications. These tests include, but are not limited to, total travel, adjustment accuracy, tracking, image quality, jump, drift, loss of motion, parallax, lens inspectio, and water ingress testing.”
It has all the materials that come in the box as new as well as a neoprene Leupold cover. The free CDS dial has not been redeemed.
