LH holsters for EXO and/or MR packs?

I'm looking for a leads on who makes a LH holster option that would work on both a MR or EXO pack belt. The weapon is a Springfield XD full size. Anyone have any experience with something that would work or am I going to need to go full custom?

Ivory Holsters makes EXO specific holsters. They are nice and can be custom built for lights or optics.

Do you have this attached to the shoulder straps or the belt? I'm looking for a belt option.

Not sure how quick draw mcgraw you would like to be but I use one of these. Used them in a former life and seemed to come to hand quick enough for me. Added bonus it's covered from getting a bunch of junk and wet down inside it.
