Light Weight IPhone Camera Tri pod

The last couple years I stopped taking my small digital camera and tripod in my pack for field photos.

The iPhone 11 takes such better pictures. I’m wondering if anyone on here has found a light weight tripod for the phone they like for taking field photos. I have one that is 7 oz, but looking for something lighter that has worked well.

Also interested in something to hold an iPhone for self filming! I’m thinking of something I can telescope and stake into the ground. Will probably have to make something out of an old trekking pole or selfie stick though because all I’m able to find is a tripod type setup.
