looking for a lightweight option, non-dialing mil reticle scope.

any suggestions? I started using mil-dot (6x swfa) and love em. nice uncluttered reticle

just curious if there are options in a lighter weight. hoping for a mildot reticle, prob would be a 1inch tube, I would just be holding over and shooting max 400yrds with this setup.

doesn't have to be crazy magnification either, I was shooting 320yrds with that fixed 6 no prob.

gimmie something to read on this snowy day :)

If you could find a Bushnell 6500 2.5-16x42 that would be a great option if a mil dot reticle is a must. 30mm tube though.

I would look at the Trijicon Accupoint. They come with the mil dot, 1” tube, and are also only 13oz in the 3-9 model.
Motown,

I don't see on their website if the Accupoints are FFP or SFP. I am assuming they are SFP?

I just put a Trijicon 3-9 mil-dot green on my Barrett Fieldcraft .270 and love it. I wish they made a 2-7 with a larger field of view but I really can’t find fault with it

I have one a 6.5 CM fieldcraft, I have a z3 on my .270 fieldcraft because I wasn’t sure there would be enough tube length to mount. It was pretty close on the 6.5. Did you use talleys?

S&B 3-12 precision hunter with the p3 , fits the bill if you can find one.

If you're open to an MOA option, Leupold now offers their Tri-MOA reticle in several non-dialing 1" scope models that are easily sub 15 oz. Same concept as a mil-dot reticle just different units. That Tri-MOA reticle will actually have finer holdover increments than a traditional mil-dot

The Trijon Credo line has them too. Here’s the 3-9x. Also available in the Credo 1-4x24 if you want smaller/lighter.

I have a Picatinny rail on mine but it looks like it would just make it with talley ultralight’s

Thank you, what rings are you using? I have the rail, so if I could get low enough I would go that route. Thank you
