just so you know, this really isnt a good powder for what you are loading. if you are not an experienced loader and this is for a gas gun you might want to try a different powder.

Im a semi experienced loader. This load is for a bolt gun. I do have several other powders available but the 46.6 grain load is just shooting so good i hoped it was ok. Looks like i will be switching to varget.

dont put too much into quickload, without a chrono you cant verify loads. alliant states 44g max with 200g bullets so 46 may be around max with 168g despite what quickload says. if youre running 46.6 with no sign you may be ok. i dont have that powder but its probable to slow to give issues.

if you have been running it with no sign then keep it. cant find a burn chart with 15.5 on it so not sure if its closer to varget or 4350 although reports have been good in creed so probably on the 4350 side which would mean you probably couldn't fit enough powder for it to be a problem. I recommend you chrono it.

Thats good info. I have been shooting that load. No ejector marks, no heavy bolt lift, primers look good. Its compressed but seems good.

also, watch the temps. something good now may be bad when its summer.
quickload is great for getting a starting point, but you still have to work up the load and go by what you see.
