Looking for low velocity experience with 308 168 ttsx

Trying to figure out what maximum reach of a 308 win would be using copper bullets. Saw Barnes rated this bullet at 1600 FPS threshold which seems little optimistic so looking for some real life experience with the bullet. Thanks.

For anything that I would consider expansion (better than caliber size)- 2,000-2,100fps impact.

The better bet would be dropping down to 150gr Barnes. They recommend dropping down a bullet weight for caliber for this very reason.

Looks like Cutting Edge Maximus 150 may help to maximize the reach. I guess I posted to wrong forum. Certainly has little to do with long range here. Lol. Thanks for replies.
