Looking for window mount for SIRUI

I have a Sirui tripod with the VA head. Is there a window mount that will accept the base plates that Sirui uses? It would be nice to be able to leave the plates on my spotter and bino adapter in the truck.

Manfrotto makes one that works with my VA-5. I think outdoorsman has one as well.
