My experience with them is they are a great boot but eventually my 10.5s became smaller in the toe box. Same with my Lowa Rangers. All I can think is after 2 to 3 years the leather shrinks a bit and no they were not dried on a fire or in heat. I could still wear them but not as comfortable. Same thing happened to my buddy but fortunately he wears 10s so I gave him all my Lowas. I want to try them again but think I may size up to a 11 and see how that works out. I do wear a 10.5 in almost all sneakers. This year I am running 10s in Meindl because they run a 1/2 size big. For comparison the Meindl have a much larger toe box. Even the 10s were a hair big in that I had to run thicker wool socks. Light socks like those from SG are too thin.
