Magazine Block?

Anybody know if there is anyone out there making a filler block for the front of a mag that would take up some of the space when running SA cartridges in a LA magazine? Just got a LA Tikka XLR, I have plans at some point to get a 280 AI barrel spun up but currently only have SA cartridges and my lord does that 1/2+ inch of space at the front of the mag look huge. It may not be an issue but not having them slide around if the gun was jostled a bit would be nice.

Lots of folks run SA cartridges in LA mags so they can get a longer COAL. I'd give it a shot as is and if you need to mod the mag call MDT and see what they recommend.
