Yes looking for the grey synthetic stock and stainlessAny specifics you’re looking for?
There’s one for sale here in TN but he wants a ridiculous price for it. May you find one soon though, here’s mine that my fiancée surprised me with last year at work after seeing me drooling over it on vacation.Yes looking for the grey synthetic stock and stainless

Function over aesthetics for now, it’ll do until I decide to spend the money on a matching leather sling. I’m sure your next comment will be about the cheap vortex crossfire scout scope and that’s cause I got it for 50$ with rings and it handles 45-70 recoil so it’s fine by me until I find a matching stainless steel one which are even more rare than the gun currently. The real comment to be made is where’s your guide gun?Thats one cheesy sling on guide gun

He’s mad cause no one loves him enough to buy him a gun lol
Thank you sir! Really wanting the Leupold FX-II but finding one of those is the equivalent of winning the powerball. The ones that can be found are priced at 4-650$ which is crazy. The sling is a bit easier, there’s a guy that makes on on Etsy in the same smoked gray color for around 100-150$ just waiting till after my hunt this year to buy that.I think you may have nailed it. Run what you got until you can get what you want.
I feel you on that, TN is the same way but thankfully not many people come here to hunt. Have always wanted to shoot a whitetail from there because yalls deer are like the ones I hunted in SC, small bodied and near impossible to find in the swamps.Hard to find much of anything good at moment. I'm just waiting to see just how bad it really is opening day. FL sells a license to anyone who wants to buy one.

Let me know if your in the area, I’ll try to get you on one. I’ve got decent bucks but all mine are hill country so they don’t get near as big as the surrounding counties.Hold on now, I've been wanting to get up there and hunt.
One was shot about 200 yards from me in rut in Feb and it was a monster for most anywhere. Given the chance, they can get big here even on public land (now, unlike when I was a kid and there were nearly none to be found).

Who shit in your cereal?
You are correct that I don't have guide gun. I have two henrys both 45-70. I have a vortex 2-7×32 but returning it and will not put any scope on it. Now regarding the leather sling, its not that expensive. Amazon sells it for < $40. My other henry is in shop and getting fxII mounted on it. I could have done it myself..ehh...let em do it...can't find time from work. I shoot my own handloads 405 grn jsp's with 4895 at 1750 fps but remarkably accurate and nice tight groups at 125 yards. Wil get the paper when I shoot next.Thank you sir! Really wanting the Leupold FX-II but finding one of those is the equivalent of winning the powerball. Well I got this sling for free, well actually traded for a gun that it was on, sold the gun for twice what I paid for the gun I traded and kept this sling since my marlin didn’t have one hence why I haven’t bought one. This is the sling I plan on buying since it matches the stock color. You are correct that I don't have guide gun. I have two henrys both 45-70. Thank you for all grown up comments and I should have expressed my views better way.
